PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to call for the records pertaining to the fair and decreetal order passed in E.P.No.4 of 2014, dated 04.12.2021 in A.S.No. 203 of 2003, on the file of II Additional Sub Court, Madurai in O.S.No. 15 of 2001 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Vadipatti, Madurai and set aside the same.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their issue before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre has also forwarded a copy of the settlement agreement, dated 08.03.2023.

2. In view of the above, the present civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
