Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second and third respondents from conducting Katta Panchayat into the illegal and time barred money dispute raised by the fourth respondent, under the guise of petition enquiry and consequently, direct the second and third respondents not to threaten the petitioner and his family members under the guise of petition enquiry.
