ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the first respondent / Inspector General of Registration to issue a Circular to all the District and Sub Registrars not to register any documents pertaining to the properties belonging to Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent produced the proceedings of the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai, in Lr.No.21379/C1/2017, dated 24.05.2017 and submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court in WP.No. 11679 of 2017, dated 04.05.2017, a Circular has already been issued not to register any documents in respect of the properties belonging to Tamil 2/4

Evangelical Lutheran Church, without getting permission from the High Court and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
