ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is that, to direct the respondents herein to carry out survey and fix the boundary of the petitioner's land bearing Survey No.41/9 to an extent of 0.25.50 hectare, survey No.45/3 to an extent of 0.52.50, Survey No.43/1 to an extent of 0.18.50 hectares and survey No.43/2 to an extent of 0.1.50 situate Samuthiram Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, within a time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.S.Veeranasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner, in order to survey and fix the four boundaries for his land at Survey No.41/9 to an extent of 0.25.50 hectare, survey No.45/3 to an extent of 0.52.50, Survey No.43/1 to an extent of 0.18.50 hectares and survey No.43/2 to an extent of 0.1.50 situate Samuthiram Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, has given application/representation, dated 10.09.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondents, especially, the first respondent. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, if the said application/representation is decided by the respondent, especially, the first respondent and needful is done, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied. 4.I have heard Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the said application/representation of the petitioner would be decided on merits and in accordance with law and needful would be done by the first respondent, within a time frame.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following directions:- "that the respondent, especially, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the application/representation of the petitioner, dated 10.09.2018 and do the needful, as has been prayed therein, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, final order shall be passed, within the time, as indicated above."

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
