For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 30.06.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.20402 of 2021, the Contempt Petition is filed.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that against the order, dated 30.06.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No. 20402 of 2021, the State preferred W.A(MD).No.1479 of 2022 and the same was partly allowed on 12.12.2022.

3. In view of the above, there is no wilful obedience and hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
