Respondents in both cases PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.815 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned advertisement in DIPR/1648/Display/2015 published in Tamil Thina Thanthi, dated 02.12.2015, on the file of the respondent No.3 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.3 to re-advertise with proper roaster and without any restriction for counting of the experience within the time stipulated by this Court.

PRAYER W.P.(MD)No.1385 of 2016:: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor (Commerce) under the General Turn Category in pursuance to the Notification published in Tamil Daily Thinamani on 30.01.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

For R-3 : Mr.R.Murali for Mr.K.Govindarajan ***** COMMON ORDER The Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.815 of 2016, is filed challenging the advertisement published in the Tamil Thina Thanthi, dated 02.12.2015 and to re-advertise with proper roaster without any restriction for counting the experience. The claim in the Writ Petitions is that the respondents have issued the advertisement to fill the GT (General Turn) vaccancy that too a back log vaccancy under GT. When the Writ Petitions were taken up for hearing, the respondents submitted that they will not proceed based on this advertisement. They will call for applications by issuing fresh advertisement and thereafter, fill the vaccancy and the statutory provisions will be followed.

2.Recording this submission, these Writ Petitions are closed and the Petitioner is granted liberty to participate, if any fresh notification is called for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
