ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.100 of 2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.100 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 290 and 291 of IPC and Section 4A(1b) of TN Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act, 1959. 3.Pending this petition, the petitioner was directed to file an undertaking affidavit. As directed undertaking affidavit was filed before this Court today. In view of the unconditional apology submitted by the petitioner by way of his affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition without going into other aspects of the matter. 4Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands allowed.
