ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the third respondent, by conducting an enquiry based on the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and at the time of enquiry, the writ petitioner and the third respondent submitted that since it is a civil dispute, they would sort out their issues before the competent 2/4

civil Court and on that basis, the same was ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court and also at liberty to file a private complaint, if so advised.
