This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2016. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents by producing the proceedings of the Regional Deputy Tahsildar, Manappari in Na.Ka.A2/003/2023, dated 09.06.2023 submits that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and it was rejected. 2/4
