issued by the first respondent University in MSU/R/CD/Fresh.Aff/DNMCC/2015-2016/3 dated 11.04.2016 and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to grant affiliation forthwith for the B.Com., B.Sc(Mathematics)., B.A (English) and B.B.A Degree course from the academic year 2015-2016 in the petitioner's college.

This Writ Petition is filed for as against the order of the first respondent University in MSU/ R/ CD/ Fresh.Aff/ DNMCC/ 2015-2016/ 3 dated 11.04.2016 and to grant affiliation to the petitioner's college for the courses, B.Com., B.Sc(Mathematics)., B.A (English) and B.B.A Degree course from the academic year 2015-2016.

2.Today(21.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
