PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.7 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police 1/3

for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.7 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that A2 is running a Company called as 'New Raise Aalayam Finance Private Ltd.,'. The petitioner and the other accused collected money from the Investors and thereafter, failed to repay the same. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the fact that the offence is serious in nature where a Company known as 'New Raise Aalayam Finance Private Ltd.,' accepted deposits from the 60 depositors to the tune of Rs.1,31,00,000/-, and did not repay the same, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
