ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 26.02.2016 with a consequential direction to promote the petitioner as Elementary School Head Master as per the approved panel for the year 2015-2016.

2. Pending Writ Petition, the petitioner's candidature was considered and promoted vide order dated 30.05.2017 based on the panel for the year 2017-2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
