Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the order pursuant to the conduct of enquiry on 12.11.2015 with regard to disbursement of remuneration as asked by the Petitioner through the Petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2012 and 25.09.2015 and 15.05.2018 and consequently directing the respondents to pay the benefits to the petitioner namely Beneficiaries/Hugdars for rendering their service as defined under sections 3(A) and 3(7) and 3(29) of the Wakf Act for the periods from 1954 to as on date.

2. The learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that notice was issued to the petitioner on 03.11.2015 to appear for an enquiry on 12.11.2015. However, enquiry was not held but the documents were produced.
3. Considering the fact that the officers may have changed since 2015, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing any such order, the petitioner shall also be heard. No costs.
