O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigation of FIR No.345 of 2019 dated 19.10.2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent police compelled the petitioner to go compromise with the accused persons and forced the petitioner to withdraw his complaint. Hence, he seeks transfer of invetigation. the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is an accused for the offence under Section 420 of I.P.C. and the present case has been arisen out of illegal intimacy and hence, there is no dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16302 of 2019 and they want to settle the issue. However, the 3rd respondent has conducted the investigation in a proper manner. 4.Considering the said submission, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the transfer of investigation would affect the entire investigation. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 1st respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the 3rd respondent and also ensure that the 3rd respondent shall comply with the order of this Court.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
