ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to grant approval to the post of Junior Assistant who is appointed to the 4th respondent school.

2. The petitioner herein is appointed by the 4th respondent school as a Junior Assistant by proceedings, dated 03.06.2021. The said appointment order has been forwarded to the 3rd respondent herein on 25.08.2021 for his approval and the same is pending with him for the past 2 years.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application of the 4th respondent school, dated 25.08.2021for approval on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 06.10.2023 NCC :
