PRAYER : Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 374 of Cr.P.C, to set aside the judgment of the Mahila Court, Pudukkottai passed in S.C.No.8 of 2016, dated 25.05.2017 convicting the appellant/sole accused under Section 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act 2012, to undergo rigorous imprisonment for the period of 10 years and imposed a find of Rs.2,000/- in default of payment of the fine amount to undergo further rigorous imprisonment for further period of 6 months and may be acquit the appellant/sole accused.

JUDGMENT
