ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case on the file of the Subordinate Court, Paramathivelur, Namakkal District, in H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2022 and transfer the same to the Family Court, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2022 was already disposed of and hence, the above petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
