Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the 4th respondent dated 27.01.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to drop all the proposed departmental proceedings as against the petitioner and pass such further or other orders.
