2. Heard Mr.B.Brijesh Kishore, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.V.Omprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for R-1 to R-3. Perused the material documents available on record. 5/8

3. It is seen from the records that these petitioners are now seeking incentive increment for M.Phil degree. Already they are getting two incentive increments for their additional higher qualifications. The petitioners are claiming third incentive increments. Any government employee is entitled only to two increments in their entire service. Therefore, the claim of the petitioners is not in accordance to law and is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No 18.04.2023 Internet : Yes ksa 6/8
