[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action as requested in the petition, dated 26.12.2017.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner died.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition has now become abated and accordingly, the same is dismissed as abated. No Costs.

4. It is made clear that if there is any representation pending on the file of the respondents, it is for them to consider the same and take necessary action in accordance with law.
