The petitioners/accused in Crime No. 354 of 2024 , on the file of the first respondent police have moved this petition to quash the above proceedings pending as against them.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 354 of 2024 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai, through e-filing No.C202500023 on 17.02.2025. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed, this court is not inclined to proceed with the first information report alone. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
