To set-aside the Fair and Executable order dated 07.12.2009 in IA.No. 213/2009 in OS.No. 787/1994 on the file of the District Munsif, Tirumangalam and there by allow the present Civil Revision Petition and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.LAKSHMI GOPINATH, Advocate for M/S.POLAX LEGAL SOLUTIONS for the petitioner and of Mr.N.SHANMUGASELVAM, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 194 days in filing application to set aside the order dated 27.03.2019 dismissing the revision petition for default.

2. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay of 194 days is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) as costs to WAA (Women Advocate Association) Creche attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court on or before 27.01.2020.
