PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned determination of fee by the third respondent Committee for the petitioner's College vide proceedings No.COF/Dental/Para - Medical / ISM/018/2015 dated 23.07.2015, quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to collect the fees in terms of the statement of fees as submitted by the petitioner to the third respondent Committee dated 07.03.2015. The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the fee fixation for the Homeopathic Medical College for the particular academic year. Thereafter, the Fee Fixation Committee has fixed the fees in the year 2019. In 2019, fee fixation has been made on 22.08.2019, which is yet to be challenged by the petitioner's College.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the fee fixation for particular academic year, which has already expired. Hence, no further orders are called for in this petition. However, the grounds raised by the petitioner's College in this Writ petition shall be left open and they are at liberty to raise the same while challenging the fee fixation for the next academic year.

3. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
