JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside the order passed by III Additional District and Sessions Court(PCR), Madurai in Spl.S.C.No.67 of 2015 dated 21.03.2017.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has represented that the appellant died on 08.03.2018 and he also produced copy of the death certificate. 3.In view of the above submission, this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
