: Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide alternate employment as per Section 47 of "The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation Act, 1995)" within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This instant writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to provide alternate employment to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made a representation on 13.06.2019 to the Chief Minister Cell, but he has not made any representation to the respondents/corporation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioner may be directed to approach the

respondents and to make an application and on receipt of any such application, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the respondents/corporation.

4. In view of the above said submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents/corporation. If any such representation made before the respondents the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law, and pass necessary orders, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
