ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the appointment order, dated 02.02.2016, issued to the 4th respondent.

2. Heard Mr.S.Sudhakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. Perused the material documents available on records.

3. This writ is filed challenging the appointment order, dated 02.02.2016 issued to the 4th respondent.

4. The petitioner has participated in the selection process. However, the petitioner's candidature was rejected, since the petitioner's annual income is Rs.48,000/-, whereas the 4th respondent is Rs.36,000/-. Since the 4th respondent is more deserving, the respondents have decided to give an appointment to the 4th respondent.

5. This Court is convinced about the reason for selecting the 4th respondent. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
