This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the the respondents to initiate the Land Acquisition proceedings under the Right to fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2016. 2.On 09.02.2023, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 10.02.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (10.02.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner.
