Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to secure the Detenue namely Dhanalakshmi, W/o.Sethuramu aged about 30 years who is my wife and two minor daughters namely Minor.Jeyavathana, D/o.Sethuramu aged about 5 years and Minor Subashini, D/o.Sethuramu aged one year before this Honourable Court and set them at liberty and hand over the custody of two minor children to the petitioner.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to secure the Detenue namely Dhanalakshmi, W/o.Sethuramu aged about 30 years who is the wife of the petitioner and two minor daughters namely Minor.Jeyavathana, D/o.Sethuramu aged about 5 years and Minor Subashini, D/o.Sethuramu aged one year before this Honourable Court and set them at liberty and hand over the custody of two minor children to the petitioner

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.411 of 2019 for the offence under Section 'Woman Missing' and 'Child Missing' and during enquiry it is revealed that the wife of the petitioner eloped with the third respondent and their whereabouts is not known. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.411/2019 and file final report before the concerned court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
