ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, call for the records in connection with final report/charge sheet in P.R.C.No.30 of 2016, dated 30.08.2016, wherein he has been arrayed as A. 26 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 188, 286, 294(b), 324, 363, 336, 332, 307 and 506(ii) and 149 of IPC on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the case was already committed to the Sessions Court and the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, after conducting trial, has passed the judgment, dated 16.10.2024, acquitting the accused including the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
