This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to depute any officer other than third respondent and to provide Police protection from the encroachers and their henchmen to do the Religious Activities including to mention the name of the temple on the temple high raise wall based on the complaint dated 10.09.2024 in CSR.No.165 of 2024 issued by the second respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner Temple has already given a complaint 2/4

and based on which, enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.165 of 2024 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
