ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the compromise decree passed in 1/4

O.S.No.49 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Dindigul, dated 22.08.2019.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
