This Petition has been filed by the defacto Complainant seeking direction against the Respondent/Investigation Officer to complete the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2022 within the time to be specified and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner, when the matter was taken up for hearing today.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet has also been made ready on 21.09.2022. The Investigation Officer undertakes to file the final report shortly.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed file the final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by him.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
