When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the first part of the prayer is complied with and the respondents have approved the petitioner's probation as Junior Assistant with effect from 01.04.2014 and subsequently, he was granted promotion as Assistant.

3. In view of the above, no further order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
