2. On going through the earlier orders, it is seen that this Court was not convinced on merits and hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had chosen to withdraw the earlier petitions. We do not see any change in circumstances to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
3. Registry is directed to prepare paper book and post the Criminal Appeal for final hearing.
