Court made the following order:

This Court earlier on 14.11.2024, passed the following order:- The Inspector of Police, Vigilange and Anti Corruption, Pudukkottai District, filed status report. In the status report, in Paragraph No.12, it is clearly stated about the steps taken by the investigating agency.

2.Hence, this Court permitted further 15 days to secure the accused and confine into jail on or before 29.11.2024. 3.List the case on 29.11.2024, for reporting compliance. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., on 29.11.2024) under the caption for reporting compliance, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/accused submitted that the respondent filed exemption petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the respondent is granted indulgence of exemption from surrendering for a period of 8 weeks from today.

3.In view of the above order granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no further order necessary in this appeal.
