ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.10, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 427, 307 1/3

& 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, in Crime No.254 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 12.08.2023 at about 3.30 p.m., due to previous motive between the 2nd accused and defacto complainant there was quarrel between two groups, in which, both parties attacked each others by using country made bomb. In this occurrence, the defacto complainant and his friends sustained injuries. The accused persons abused the defacto complainant in filthy language. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Counter case has been registered against the defacto complainant in Crime No.255 of 2023. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner along with other accused persons caused damages to the tiled house of the defacto complainant. The injured in both cases have been discharged from the hospital. 5.Though it is stated that there is a case in counter case and the injured in both the cases have been discharged from the hospital, considering the seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
