ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has challenged the suspension order in this Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the suspension order was revoked and the petitioner has joined. During the suspension period, the petitioner has received the subsistence allowance. The contention of the petitioner is that the period has not been regularized but the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the enquiry is still pending. Therefore, this Court without expressing any opinion is directing the respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. W.P.(MD).No.8531 of 2016 completion of enquiry, if there is any entitlement to the petitioner, the same will be disbursed at the earliest.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
