JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment in S.C.No.129 of 2015 dated 21.04.2017 on the file of the District Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has represented that the sole appellant, who is accused in this case, died on 24.02.2022 to that effect, he has also produced copy of the death certificate. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent also admitted the above said fact. 4.In view of the above submission, this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
