ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 42 days in preferring the appeal as against the order, dated 18.06.2024 in C.C.No.212 of 2022 on the file of the Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Thoothukudi.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 28.11.2025), the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was settled between the parties and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also filed a memo to that effect.
3. The said memo is recorded. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Criminal appeal is rejected at the SR stage itself.
