PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the pensionary benefits with 18% interest for the delay in disbursing the pensionary benefits to the petitioner within stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to disburse the pensionary benefits with 18% interest for the delay in disbursing the pensionary benefits to the petitioner. 2.Mr.Julius Charles, who is working in the fifth respondent college as Junior Assistant, is present in person before this Court today.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5, on instructions, would submit that the relief as prayed in the writ petition with regard to disbursement of pensionary benefits has already been settled to the petitioner and now, there is no due to him.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
