The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to take necessary steps to ensure the equal opportunities for the persons with disabilities with respect of appointment of Notaries in the State of Tamilnadu by providing reservation to the differently abled persons relating to the appointment of Notaries in the State of Tamilnadu under Section 34 of the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and in accordance with law. 2.
Heard Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Kannan, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present writ petition was already 2/4
considered and ordered by this Court on 15.11.2019 in W.P.(MD) No.4692 of 2019.
