PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent under proceedings of reference G2/23882/2022, dated 26.09.2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the post of driver at the office of the Joint Commissioner for Labour, Trichy. 1/4

ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a Driver working in the Joint Commissioner of Labour Office at Trichy, challenging the order of transfer to Sivagangai.
2.The only ground on which the writ petition was filed is that he has been transferred during the non-transferrable period. At the time of admission, no interim order were granted and the petitioner has already joined the transferred place and working for the past two years.
3.Nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 29.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No 2/4
