ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his son based on the representation, dated 16.09.2024, 19.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.110 of 2024 on 07.06.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and enquiry is pending. Subsequently, the petitioner has given another complaint and the enquiry is pending in current paper.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
