The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking emergency leave to the husband of the petitioner namely Palaniselvam, son of Chandran, life convict No.6457, who had been detained at Central Prison, Madurai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has forwarded a copy of the proceedings dated 01.10.2024 in No.E390892/jF.2/2024 by which proceedings the representation had been rejected. 2/4
