ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 14.11.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate V, Madurai vide letter in D.No.388/2021 dated 15.03.2021 and upon hearing of Mr.K.S.DuraiPandian, Advocate for the Petitioners, this Court made the following order: This Court directed the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to dispose of CC.No.128 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16565 of 2019 on 14.11.2019. The Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai , has sought for further extension of time.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai in the letter in D.No.388/21 dated 15.03.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court. 3.In the circumstances, the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, is directed to dispose of CC.No.128 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
