PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to proceedings in Ref.No.3715/H2/2012 dt.04/12/2015 issued by the First Respondent, quash the same and direct the First Respondent to re-fix the Petitioner's pay at Rs.60,950/- as on 03.01.2007 as per Appendix Clause 1(xiv) of G.O.Ms.350, Higher Education, H1 Department dt.09/09/2009, issued by the Second Respondent.
