O R D E R

By this writ petition, the petitioner assails an order dated 27.01.2016 of the first respondent.

2.The impugned order has been issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thanjavur. A revision is permitted against the said order before the District Revenue Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Civil Suit was filed in respect of the dispute between the petitioner, on the one hand, and respondents 3 to 5 on the other. He states that the said civil suit was numbered as O.S.No.49 of 2016 and is pending before the Sub Court, Orathanadu. Consequently, he states that the petitioner would work out his remedies before the Civil Court.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 is also present and is agreeable to this course of action.

4. In view of the said submission, it is not necessary to adjudicate this petition on merits. Accordingly, W.P.(MD).No.8685 of 2016 is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to work out his remedies before the jurisdictional Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
