Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to revoke the order of suspension dated 29.06.2021 issued by the third respondent against the petitioner by considering her representation dated 28.07.2021 and 26.10.2022 and within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to the second and third respondents to revoke the order of suspension dated 29.06.2021 issued by the third respondent against the petitioner by considering her representations dated 28.07.2021 and 26.10.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, a memo of revocation of suspension in Memo No.MKUC/Estt/1/2024 was issued by the respondents on 09.10.2024.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. 15.10.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No PKN 2/4
