ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the 4th respondent herein, under which he has rejected the request of the petitioner school for recognition of 11th and 12th standard to the petitioner school under the State Board.

2. On instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the school has closed the 11th and 12th standard from the academic year 2017-18 onwards. Hence, the question of challenging the order passed by the authorities does not arise at this stage. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, the eligibility of the student, who had studied during the said academic year shall not be disturbed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
