ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 143, 294(b) and 506(ii) and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.225 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and the other accused persons has been dismissed on merits in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11038 of 2024, dated 09.09.2024.

3.This Court does not find any change in circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
